Certification acknowledges consistency of its innovation, provisioning and post-sales service processes and compliance to stringent requirements based on industry best practices.
The TL 9000 standard defines system requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of telecom products and services and provides a measurement system that allows companies to track performance and improve results. It eliminates the need for multiple quality management standards, reducing the cost of doing business and ultimately resulting in better products and services to consumers. Furthermore, it provides a consistent set of quality expectations to drive efficiency and performance across the global telecom supply chain.
TL 9000 Certification is granted following an in-depth audit process to confirm conformance to the industry requirements. Reserved for only those who can demonstrate unfailing quality on key metrics, TL 9000 is the telecommunications industry’s highest honor. Built on ISO 9001 and the eight quality principles, TL 9000 applies specifically to the telecommunications industry, providing customers with added confidence as to the quality and reliability of the services delivered by Broad-Connect Telecom.
