This allows us to use VQ Technology to prioritize voice calls over other data for crystal-clear call quality. We maintain a Voice QoS guarantee from the desktop to the public telephone network and back.

Broad-Connect has developed a private Canada wide network, designed only for IP Telephony, so Broad-Connect customers are protected from many of the call quality issues common with other providers:

• Works with your existing telephone service or completely replaces it

We don't oversubscribe our network, and we augment circuits as needed to manage capacity and prevent bottlenecks that can impact call quality. Voice traffic is carried on the Broad-Connect network and our privately peered partner networks without ever touching the public Internet, ensuring data privacy and security.
